These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 888cj ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on or using the 888cj platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser or any other method. The use of the 888cj Game Lobby, Sports Betting section, Live Casino, Slots, Fishing Games, Arcade titles or any other feature offered on the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

To use the 888cj platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 888cj is strictly an adult platform and minors are not permitted to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily as an individual acting in your personal capacity — not as an agent or on behalf of a third party for wagering purposes.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 888cj or any of its associated game providers or software suppliers.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration and keep that information current throughout your use of the platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 888cj platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. 888cj will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 888cj support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Contact details are available in Section 16 of these Terms.

All personal information submitted during registration is handled in accordance with the 888cj Privacy Policy. You are required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Verification documents may include a valid national identity document or equivalent identification.

All deposits on the 888cj platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment
• Bank transfer (IBFT)
• Debit and credit cards

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. 888cj does not charge deposit processing fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which 888cj is not responsible.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. For JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions, this typically occurs within minutes. Bank transfer and IBFT timelines depend on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. All withdrawals are issued in PKR.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the account verification process. This includes confirming your identity with a valid document and verifying ownership of the payment method to which the withdrawal will be sent. Verification is a standard account security requirement and applies to all users.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer and IBFT withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

888cj reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. These checks are conducted for security and fraud prevention purposes and are not a basis for withholding legitimate winnings.

888cj offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirement completion — for example, live casino bets may contribute at a lower percentage than slot bets. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance. Real-money funds can be withdrawn at any time subject to verification; bonus funds are subject to wagering terms.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
• 888cj reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Modifications do not affect bonuses that are already active and subject to existing terms at the point of modification.

All slot games, fishing games, arcade titles and RNG table games on the 888cj platform use certified random number generator technology. The outcomes of these games are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party including 888cj itself.

Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in broadcast studios. The physical dealing of cards, spinning of roulette wheels and handling of other physical game elements is conducted in real time and transmitted via live video stream. Game outcomes on live tables are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and the relevant physical game equipment.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including disconnection, software error or stream interruption — the platform will resolve the affected session in accordance with its fair play policy. Where a game round was in progress at the point of failure, the outcome may be resolved based on the game state at the time or, where that is not determinable, the wager may be returned to the user's balance.

888cj is not responsible for losses arising from network issues, device failures or connectivity problems on the user's side during a game session.

All sports betting markets on 888cj — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and other available markets — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at which it was placed cannot be retrospectively changed.
• In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. In-play odds update continuously and bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time of placement.
• Where an event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the platform's specific sports rules for each market type. In most cases, bets on cancelled events are refunded as void bets.
• 888cj reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of price errors, system errors or where unusual betting patterns suggest market manipulation.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event, per market and per bet type. Limits are displayed in the betting interface and may vary by event and user account status.

Specific rules for individual sports, match types and bet categories are detailed within the Sports Betting section of the platform. Users are encouraged to review the relevant rules before placing bets on unfamiliar market types.

888cj is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform provides the following tools to all registered users:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings.
• Session time limits — receive reminders or automatic session cutoffs after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform if you feel your gaming activity is becoming difficult to control.

These tools are available to all users regardless of VIP tier or account status. Using them does not affect your account standing or withdrawal access to existing real-money balances.

888cj does not extend credit to users and does not encourage users to fund gaming activity with borrowed money. Any user who identifies themselves as experiencing financial difficulty related to gaming activity is strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature and seek appropriate support.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888cj platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including claiming bonuses more than once.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other automated means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such issues must be reported to support immediately.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using the platform for any financially fraudulent purpose.
• Depositing funds from a payment account that does not belong to you.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of or for the benefit of another person for wagering purposes without their explicit consent and in violation of these Terms.

888cj reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its discretion where there is reasonable belief that:

• The user has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The user has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any other point.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• The user is under 18 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and the user has not responded to contact attempts.

Where an account is suspended due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings generated from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not associated with bonus abuse or fraudulent activity may be returned to the verified payment method after investigation, at 888cj's discretion.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not affect your right to withdraw your remaining verified real-money balance before closure is completed.

All content on the 888cj platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text and software — is the intellectual property of 888cj or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

Game content — including slot titles, live casino interfaces and arcade games — is licensed from third-party providers. Rights to that content remain with the respective providers and are covered by their own intellectual property protections.

To the fullest extent permitted, 888cj will not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from game play, sports betting or any other use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data or any indirect, consequential or incidental losses.
• Service interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, third-party provider failures or events outside of 888cj's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

888cj's total liability to any user in respect of any claim is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

Your personal information is collected, stored and used in accordance with the 888cj Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

888cj collects personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and where relevant for legal compliance. Personal information is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and game providers only to the extent necessary to provide the platform's services.

888cj reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, notice will be provided via a notification within the platform or via the email address registered to your account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
